Our founder and executive & scientific director, Rob Verkerk PhD, will hosting this event sponsored by Especially Health

Staying healthy and vital to a ripe old age is within the grasp of most of us. Yet an ever greater number of us are spending the last one-third or more of our lives burdened by preventable chronic diseases, ranging from Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity, through to Heart disease, Cancer and Alzheimer’s disease. While our genes have an important influence on our overall disease risk, this risk is affected to a much greater extent by how our genes interact with our environment. That means what we do on a daily basis, how and what we eat, how we move and how we manage stress, are absolutely key to our long-term health and well being.

In this talk, internationally acclaimed sustainability scientist and nutritional and lifestyle expert, Rob Verkerk PhD, founder of the Alliance for Natural Health International, offers a blueprint for vital living — informed by the latest scientific knowledge and supported by state-of-the-art tools. Let 2017 be the year you explore new horizons of vitality and resilience!
