This unique event is a 2-day symposium preceded by a 1-day pre-symposium workshop.

The pre-symposium workshop provides clinical training in patient assessment and treatment protocols aimed at developing metabolic flexibility (keto adaptation). The theme of metabolic flexibility continues throughout the symposium. Day 1 of which is orientated towards the public and clinicians in order to improve participatory and collaborative approaches that combat the rising spiral of metabolic diseases.

Day 2 of the symposium is intended for clinicians only and involves a deeper dive into the subject area looking at background theory, evidence and protocols. Participants can expect to put into practice protocols and other clinical pearls immediately following the conference.
