- Recently released data from the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) reveals a picture of rapidly growing levels of cancer diagnoses globally, which are predicted to almost double by 2050. The IARC’s report is summarised in a new paper published in CA: A Cancer Journal for Clinicians. The leading causes of cancer, globally, have been declared as lung, breast and colorectal. There’s so much that can be done to reduce our risk of developing cancer and treating it when it does occur. Yet, most of the information that would help cancer patients is censored and suppressed. This just one of many reasons ANH has just launched our new global Free Speech 4 Health campaign.

- Calls are being made for the US Food and Drink Administration (FDA) to regulate CBD products. At a recent House Oversight and Accountability Committee meeting, FDA Commissioner Robert Califf, doubled down on the FDA’s continued belief that CBD isn’t safe enough to be considered as a dietary supplement.

- The public has been subjected to extremely powerful behavioural manipulation techniques over the past few years to great effect. However, when researchers in Australia decided to see if they could nudge shoppers into buying more fruit and vegetables they failed miserably as shoppers in the intervention group bought less, not more fruit and vegetables!
- The first lab-grown ‘meat’ burger was unveiled on TV in 2013 by Dutch scientist, Mark Post. He’s now turning his vision into reality with a new company called Mosa Meat, which has, to date, attracted an eyewatering $125 million USD in funding, as pressure and propaganda ramps up to herd an unsuspecting public towards fake meat to ‘save the planet’.

- Provide adults with type 2 diabetes coaching on healthy eating from a dietician, supply them with ‘healthy’ food and they’ll improve their health, right? Wrong! A randomised control study, based on the food-is-medicine concept, published in JAMA Internal Medicine just after Christmas 2023, found the intervention group’s health markers were no better than the control group. Unsettled Science has the full story including how the once positive Food-is-Medicine movement has been taken over by the mainstream since 2018, with far less positive results
- It was a very sad day when the ANH team learnt that deeply committed, conscious company, Pukka Herbs, has lost its B-Corp accreditation since its integration into Lipton, as a result of Unilever selling its tea businesses to private equity firm, CVC. In order for Pukka to use the B-Corp certification in future the entire Lipton business will need to be accredited. ANH and Pukka have grown up together, with its ethos, mission and products, having long been close to our hearts. ANH founder, Rob Verkerk PhD, has been the health representative, with the founders, on the Pukka Mission Council since its inception following the Unilever buy out. Now that Lipton is in control, it remains to be seen if the standards and values that Pukka built with such care over 2 decades will be maintained.
ANH-USA Update
- Dieticians in the US are manoeuvring to exclude other highly qualified nutrition professionals and health coaches from practicing due to the Dietician Interstate Compact, which would allow Dieticians to practice without have to apply for licenses in individual states. It would also prevent individuals from accessing more scientifically valid approaches to nutrition. Find out more along with the conflicts of interest between dieticians and Big Food companies…
- The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued new standards for limiting levels of six ‘forever chemicals’ in drinking water. It’s a good start but what about the other 14,000 odd PFAS chemicals saturating the environment and our bodies? Read more…
Covid Update
- Thousands of people joined a rally in central Tokyo recently to protest against the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Pandemic Treaty and proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) as word gets out about the threat to national sovereignty in the event of further pandemics being declared
- Prof Masayasu Inoue, Professor Emeritus of Osaka City University Medical School, has shared a video message warning about the dangers of covid shots and the ongoing development of ‘vaccines’ in Japan to combat future pathogens
- As part of the Brazilian authority's push to censor its critics, it’s rebranding controversial laws to regulate social networks, as laws that will bring in a “free, responsible and transparent internet”. Owner of social media platform X, Elon Musk’s pushback against censorship demands is reported to be catalysing many in Brazil to stand up to preserve and restore their rights and liberties
- Finnish chief physician and chair of the WHO’s Strategic Institute for Health and Welfare has testified in court that the Finnish Institute for Health knew covid shots don’t stop transmission by Summer 2021. She also revealed the Institute advised the Finnish government against the continued use of vaccine passports
- Leading South African doctor, Dr Shankara Chetty, is facing further disciplinary proceedings from the SA Health Professionals Council for speaking out about covid interventions and the harms of the shots. The fact that the proceedings are progressing despite his interventions having saved thousands of lives during covid with his novel treatments, makes a mockery of patient-centred healthcare
- Covid shots may be contributing to long covid, otherwise known as long vax. The link between covid shots and long covid/vax is discussed in a new paper in the Australian Journal of General Practice, which is aimed at Australian GPs
- The UK’s Office for National Statistics (ONS) has denied a request, from seven MPs, to re-analyse data considering the relationship between covid shots and increased deaths. The letter from the head of the UK ONS both denies the request and reiterates that covid shots are safe and effective. Steve Kirsch has more
- Using data from the US VAERS database, researchers publishing in the Journal of Evidence-Based Medicine, found an increased risk of myocarditis 1-3 days after the 2nd and 3rd doses of covid shots. Dr James Lyons Weiler has more on the study and its strengths
- Covid mRNA shots are suppressing people’s immune systems and allowing the development of cancer according to a new study published in the International Journal of Biological Macromolecules. The study adds to concerns that the shots may be contributing to the recent upswing in aggressive cancer diagnoses and deaths
- Japanese researchers publishing in Cureus investigate cancer rates for 2020/2021 and 2022. They found that cancer deaths dropped in 2020, then increased by 2.2% in 2021 and 9.6% in 2022. Data for 2023 is not yet available. UK cancer specialist, Dr Angus Dalgleish, discusses the findings in his recent article in Conservative Woman
- In addition to the above study, Australian MD, Dr Ian Brighthope, has declared mRNA vaccines to be Class One Carcinogens. He states, “...mRNA is also a broad-spectrum mutagen", and that it must be “…banned internationally”. Read more on his recent detailed Substack article.
