Agri shouldn’t mean ‘aggro’
Keeping my cover email short this week as we hope you’ll find lots of interest below. With all the talk on Brexit – it’s time to take your eyes off Boris and Jezza, and look back at Gove and what’s he’s been up to with agriculture. Now’s a key time to weigh in politically and we’re asking British residents to take action to ensure post-Brexit agriculture gets greener, not less so. We also invite you to engage – both intellectually and via your gastrointestinal system – with the healthy brown stuff on which we all depend – our soils. Big Ag and Big Food has slowly been dialling out healthy, living soils, and this trend is massively unhelpful to food sustainability and environmental regeneration. Ellen in our team brings you our latest ‘health hack’ video – on yet another widely misunderstood topic – fats!! Go watch and share. And finally – it’s our weekly news roundup! Please do what you can to help share our information via the easy access share icons you’ll see around each story – reminding you again that we need your help now that Facebook have permanently shut down our ability to widen our audience via its platform. In health, naturally and sustainably, Rob Verkerk PhD Founder, executive and scientific director
