August Tailoring Tolerance - Environment

In whistle-stop timing that's been the hallmark of 2024, we've reached the last in our August series, Tailoring Tolerance. This week we finish with Environment, which encompasses all that exists outside of us. Our environment is a powerful trigger that impacts our minds, bodies and spirits more than many might appreciate. Those impacts can be positive or negative, but understanding the potential impact of our environment allows us to remediate where necessary and contribute strongly to rebalancing our homeostasis again. We hope you enjoy our final selection of articles and that they allow you to look at your own environment through a different lens.
