Bovaer and MAHA interview

Over the last week, I've travelled across Belgium, the Netherlands and over to the US. I'm now back in the UK, head swimming from the different time zones. The one thing I'm hearing over and over again is that people are both unsettled and excited. Unsettled by potential instability and the drive towards more authoritarianism. Excited by the prospect of change. In this penultimate newsletter of the year, we bring you a flavour of two issues that have been grabbing headlines.

One is the controversy over the supposedly 'safe and effective' feed additive, Bovaer, for dairy cows that reduces the methane they belch. We don't buy it. The other is my interview last week on leading Dutch alt media channel Blckbx TV over what MAHA might mean for Americans, as well as others further afield.

That's before you dive into some nutrient-packed, festive fare recipes contributed by different members of the ANH team. We thought we'd get them out earlier enough for those who're still meal planning!
