Brain on fire and hidden vax data

During the last few months, since covid entered our universe, seemingly out of nowhere, I've never met so many people struggling mentally and emotionally with our predicament. Many have lost their jobs, others face incredible hardship in their domestic environments and almost everyone faces huge uncertainty. This isn't just tough. It does things to us at a physiological level that can be irreversible if we don't take stock. And I'm delighted that we can show you this week the amazing work that Meleni and our media unit have compiled on the effects of chronic stress, Covid-related even, on brain inflammation. Most importantly, you'll find out how to beat it. 

In our next piece, I've not hidden my dismay about what's happening in the world of covid vaccines that we're all meant to be eagerly awaiting as a means of releasing us (next year?) from the covid restrictions that threaten to destroy livelihoods and economies. Let's not condemn people as anti-vaxxers or vaccine hesitants when many of us are simply concerned about risks that we can't evaluate because the data are hidden. We might be accused of being ignorant for not blindly accepting untried genetically engineered technologies, but let's flip the coin and suggest that if governments and vaccine companies want us to build trust in their technologies, they better start sharing their data openly and transparently.

We've also been working hard on a new video on masks that tells it as it is - corroborated by external experts. No surprise, we're not persuaded. It'll be out on social media tomorrow so keep an eye on our website, YouTube and social media channels - just a day before the UK mandates masks in shops.
