Covid vaccines and zinc in our brave new world

As so many of us are dealing with friends and family members who are clamouring for information while they determine if they’re going to be vaccinated or not, we felt it appropriate to try to answer 8 questions that are commonly asked of us by our supporters. With the help of my team, and some analysis of the VAERS database in the USA, we’ve attempted to give you some answers.

That includes the fact that adverse events for covid vaccines are already 9 times more common per dose than those for flu shots. But we’ve also tried to answer questions around potential risks of covid vaccines for pregnant women. And whether or not there’s any risk that the covid vaccines might cause changes to your DNA.

Uncertainty has been a consistent feature of covid science since it broke into most of our lives back in March 2020. That hasn’t changed, as you’ll discover and please adjust yourself so you are ready for a few more months of uncertainty around how vaccines are influencing the dynamics of covid disease.

We also launch our zinc campaign – that aims simply to get more zinc of the right form, in the right amount, into more people, given the extent of zinc deficiency in modern societies. In our new campaign video, we highlight why you need zinc, how it works in the body and how to stop it from being bound to the food you eat which prevents it from being properly absorbed. With much higher recognition of the importance of vitamin D and C, both of which are already the subject of current campaigns, we felt zinc was indeed the missing link.
