Food4Health and Menopause

We’re thrilled to publish an article based on the research Molly Bull’s completed during her 4-week internship with us last month. It's about making our Food4Health guidelines student-friendly and encouraging young people to think about healthy eating in a different way. One that supports their health so they can be at their best, reduce the risk of poor mental health and offer practical tips on how to incorporate healthier foods. It’s a great accompaniment to our book, Reset Eating.

It’s Menopause Month during October but far from a celebration of a natural life stage, we see moves afoot to find a way of delaying it with drugs or erasing it with gene-editing. We offer our considered wealth of information to enable informed choice and support women through this natural, deeply important time in their lives.

Ongoing challenges to free speech are to be found in a new section in Natural News, including Soros’ rapid (lawful?) acquisition of 200 radio stations in the US. Our event calendar for the remainder of the year - including our Pathfinder member-only events - is under Learn & Journey.
