Orwell, censorship and HIIT...
Our top article this week deals with the chilling and distasteful machinations of Google as it masterminds mass censorship and manipulation of information on the Internet. Natural health is being hit particularly hard, but don't expect the manipulation to end there if whistleblower Zach Vorhies' information is anything to go by.
The Internet has become indispensable to life in the developed world and we seem to be waking to our worst nightmare that involves one private company with a monopoly turning rogue. Is Orwell's 1984 fiction becoming closer to our reality?
Once our first article has raised your ire and got you wanting to take some action, watch our newest Health Hack video for the multiple benefits to be gained from High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) - not least of which is stress release! There are really no excuses for even the most time-challenged amongst us to say there's no time for two 15-20 min sessions a week...
And of course, we'd not forget our weekly news snippets in bite-sized, heavily referenced, chunks.
