Regenerate with, not against, nature
As we approach ANH’s 20th anniversary (on 15 May), I am comforted that we’ve seen an ever wider recognition of the interconnectedness between food and health. While the corporate worlds of agriculture and healthcare have typically been very siloed and disconnected – it’s the people, much more than industry or governments, that now see these two areas as inseparable, especially when you focus on regenerative agriculture and regenerative (natural) health – as we do at ANH.
These are the themes we bring together this week, when we look in our top stories at:
- The current state of play with covid, vaccines and the new Valneva, inactivated virus vaccine, just approved by the UK medicines regulator
- The possibility that novel concepts like agro-homeopathy may help reduce dependence on agrochemicals in order to reduce their catastrophic impacts on biodiversity
And of course – don’t miss our natural news and covid corner updates.
Next week we’re going to bring you a report on some of the exciting developments going on at the experimental farm of the Organic Consumers Association (OCA) in Mexico, which Meleni and I are visiting. This is another step towards our joined ambition to bring ever more closely together the regenerative agriculture and health movements.
