I personally think it’s an evolutionary thing. Simplified diets, ultra-processed foods, mineral-depleted agricultural soils – these are just some of the factors that mean those who increase their intake of concentrated sources of nutrients (and not just synthetic, isolated vitamins) often experience profound benefits. And what about milk for humans beyond weaning? Especially from cows that are industrially farmed, fed GM grains and pushed to their genetic and physiological limits. Dairy isn’t just one of a few ‘legal allergens’ – it’s also a common foodstuff to which huge numbers are intolerant. For those in the UK - there's a time critical 5G petition that we urge you to sign demanding an independent scientific enquiry into the safety of 5G prior to mass roll-out of this potentially dangerous technology!
