  • In response to the UK Government’s plans to fluoridate water supplies in North East England, the Fluoride Free Alliance (FFA) is calling on anyone affected or likely to be affected by such plans to join their legal challenge. For more information about the dangers of the mass medication of municipal water with fluorosilicic acid (also known as hydrofluosilicic acid or hexafluorosilicic acid) and the legal challenge visit the FFA website
  • Friends of the Earth are calling out the health risks associated with Impossible Burger, but in doing so they’ve also highlighted some of the issues with the upcoming onslaught of 'fermed' and cell-based foods due to the untested and unknown contaminants from the GM organisms used
  • Could we see an internet that allows you to feel things - like touch or emotions - through your devices? Researchers are developing the 'Tactile internet' using 6G technology. It’s already being hyped up being as super-fast, with almost no delay when you send or get data. They don’t mention it will also come with a huge increase in EMFs that can potentially harm both humans and nature and further detach people, particular young people and those with neurodevelopmental issues from reality and society.

  • Cold water immersion improves our cells’ ability to ‘housekeep’. A new study published in Advanced Biology, from Canadian researchers, found that 1 hour's cold exposure daily for 7 days improved the autophagic function of cells (the cells’ recycling system, which clears dead, dying and dysfunctional cells to create new healthy ones). It’s worth noting that the study only included healthy young men, but cold therapies have been used for centuries to enhance wellbeing.

  • Researchers looking for new antibiotics to combat antimicrobial resistance, have been digging into the power of healthy soil. The molecule, a type of lasso peptide from a soil-based genus known as Paenibacillus, described in a new study published in Nature, targets bacteria via their ribosome, in a way that doesn’t easily drive resistance.

  • Confusion reigns after the recent vote of EU member states in support of deregulation of ‘new’ GMOs. Unexpectedly, Belgium u-turned to vote for the measures and circulated a statement suggesting it doesn’t support the text it voted in favour of. Free Speech Harms

  • Following the momentous passing of a Medical Freedom bill, which would’ve prohibited virtually all medical mandates, by the State legislature in Idaho, State governor, Brad Little, has vetoed the bill. Leslie Manookian, who initiated the bill, has posted a strongly worded open letter to all Idaho State Senators on X, calling Governor Little a liar for his supposed reason for vetoing the bill. The Bill is now undergoing a process of amendments and new votes as the Governor seeks to add in highly restrictive changes to enable highly restrictive mandates for schools and daycare
  • Medical misinformation was a hot topic during the covid crisis, forming the basis for much of the censorship seen. A new study, funded by Pfizer and published in Future Internet, reviews methods such as manual and automated fact-checking, used for detecting medical misinformation. The use of such tools risks oversimplifying complex health narratives, potentially sidelining other scientifically supported perspectives, which are, in turn, dismissed as unorthodox by mainstream health authorities
  • The censors’ net is closing in under the guise of protecting children online. From the UK's Online Safety Act 2023 to the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) and the TAKE IT DOWN Act, all of which risk entrenching censorship and surveillance mechanisms under the guise of safeguarding children online. We recognise the importance and wholly support the safeguarding children online, but are bringing awareness that much censorship can be passed through congresses under such a laudable mission.

Covid related

  • Sonia Elijah raises further concerns about the link between covid mRNA shots and the development of cancer following publication of a study in Molecular Systems Biology. The study, from German researchers, found that mRNA shots create an epigenetic “memory” via a marker known to be involved in the development of cancer.
